561 Driggs Avenue a townhouse in the heart of Williamsburg completed by Millenium Century contracting which comprised a full gut renovation including, structural work, façade restoration, plumbing, mechanical, sprinklers, floor addition to the existing structure and a full 4 floor addition at the rear of the building. Working alongside Guerin Glass Architects, our team constructed three luxury apartments which all have been gut-renovated with contemporary and luxury finishes, and each apartment presents a huge private outdoor-space.
